The 2024 Battery Day took place Monday 19th February 2024.

Monday 19th February – Faraday Institution hosted an online event  featuring talks from Faraday Institution Student Committee on their research career journey, with a Q&A included.

2023 National Battery Day – 17th February 2023

Speakers  discussed their battery career journey, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. This event was led by the Faraday Student Committee and aimed at STEM undergraduates. Battery Day – online panel – recording

2022 National Battery Day – 18th February 2022

On Friday 18th February 2022 – Faraday Institution PhD researchers were talking about their career journey and their research, which was followed by a discussion and Q&A.

FutureCat ran our own online event on the same day featuring FutureCat researchers: Dr Beth Johnston, Dr Kirstie McCombie, Dr Bonan Zhu and Dr Gabriel Perez presented on their own research to find the next generation cathode batteries.
