Dr Ashok S. Menon is the Project Lead for FutureCat, and a researcher at WMG, University of Warwick He is working on understanding the degradation and oxygen-redox mechanisms of Ni-rich cathode materials using X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic techniques. In July 2023, Ashok became the FutureCat EDI Champion.
