Dr Sandeep Das is working as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Birmingham in Prof. David O. Scanlon’s research group. Sandeep is a computational chemist who completed his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India (2023) studying the solid electrolyte interphase formation and cathode designing for dual-ion batteries. At University of Birmingham, he will be working on the FutureCat project with focus on understanding disordered rock salt cathodes for Li ion batteries using computational tools.
