Matthew Ogley graduated from the University of Surrey in 2022 with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry, where he worked on functionalising carbon interlayer materials for lithium-sulfur batteries. Now working in the electrochemical materials group at WMG, his research is aimed at improving our understanding of anionic redox in lithium-rich transition metal oxide cathodes.
