Previously, Adam obtained his integrated masters degree in chemistry from the University of Durham (2014-2018). His current area of interest is the fabrication of vertically aligned nanocomposite thin films to probe lithium diffusion through the electrode/electrolyte interface, and exploring their potential applications within the solid-state thin film battery industry. Specifically, he is interested in the development of 3D nanostructured materials with interdigitated solid-state electrolytes and electrodes. Adam’s PhD is under supervision by Professor Judith Driscoll.
