Dr Lee R. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Nottingham with 11 years’ experience developing next-generation batteries. He is a Co-I on the LiSTAR, FutureCat and Degradation projects and led a FI seed project on the lithium-air battery. His research interests are focused on electrolyte solution properties and interfacial electrochemistry which will be used to identify stable electrolyte formulations within the FutureCat project.
